Some of its rulings have crucially affected the moral foundation and direction of our nation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">On January 22, 1973, in Roe v. Wade, the Court ruled that women had the constitutional right to choose to abort their unborn babies. Since that ruling, over 57,000,000 [60,000,000, updated to 2018] innocent infants have been\u00a0<strong>legally<\/strong><strong>murdered\u00a0<\/strong>in the U.S. alone. All who believe the Bible concerning the sanctity of life remain horrified at this ruling and its tragic consequences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">On June 26, 2003, the Court ruled that all laws prohibiting sodomy (homosexual activity) were unconstitutional (Lawrence v. Texas). This ruling reflected\u2014and accelerated\u2014the moral degeneration of America and greatly advanced the cause of sodomite activists. All who believe the Bible concerning the sanctity of marriage between one man and one woman and the Biblical evaluation of homosexual behavior as \u201cabomination,\u201d \u201cdefilement,\u201d \u201cagainst nature,\u201d \u201cunseemliness,\u201d \u201cerror,\u201d \u201cnot fitting,\u201d and pursuing \u201cstrange flesh\u201d (Lev. 18:22\u201324; Rom. 1:26\u201328; 1 Cor. 6:9\u201310; 1 Tim. 1:10; Jude 7) were appalled at the implications of this ruling. It has given credence, legality, and encouragement to deviant, wicked behavior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;\">Human courts are conducted by fallible men who make mistakes. Injustices occur; sometimes the guilty go unpunished and the innocent are convicted and suffer wrongly. There is a court, however, in which all wrong judgments and inequities will be corrected. Christians know now that which all will eventually learn: The judgments of human courts are not final.
