According to this system:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">After the alleged 7-year \u201cRapture,\u201d Jesus will return to Jerusalem.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">He will there allegedly establish an earthly kingdom of 1,000 years\u2019 duration (the \u201cmillennial\u201d part of <em>pre-millennialism<\/em>).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">When He does so, they affirm that all of the Jews will return to the land of Israel and will be converted to Christ.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The Law of Moses, the Aaronic priesthood, temple worship, animal offerings, feast days, sabbath-keeping, circumcision, and all the rest, will be reinstated, they avow.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">While the whole premillennial system is contrary to explicit Bible teaching, the claim that the law of Moses will be reinstated has to be one of the most blatantly and outrageously anti-Biblical doctrines ever invented. To believe such, its advocates must completely blind themselves to the following teachings of the Bible:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The old covenant (law of Moses) prophesied and anticipated a new, superior covenant (Jer. 31:31\u201334).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Our New Testament is that new, superior covenant, which is \u201ca better covenant, which hath been enacted upon better promises\u201d (Heb. 8:6\u201312).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">The old covenant (and its appurtenances) was faulty, and its Levitical priesthood was imperfect (7:7, 11) for man\u2019s salvation. It was characterized by \u201cweakness and unprofitableness\u201d; it \u201cmade nothing perfect\u201d (vv. 18b\u201319).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">It was \u201cdisannulled\u201d (v. 18a). Jesus took \u201caway the first [covenant],\u201d in order to \u201cestablish the second\u201d (10:9). He did so at Calvary, \u201cblotting out\u201d the law, symbolically nailing it to His cross (Col. 2:14). Jesus\u2019 testament\/covenant achieved its force upon His death (Heb. 9:15\u201317).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Moses\u2019 Law was a temporary measure from the start, given until Christ, the promised seed of Abraham, should come (Gal. 3:16\u201319). It served as a \u201ctutor\/schoolmaster\u201d to prepare the Jews for the coming of Christ (v. 24).
