Atheism, Humanism, and Secularism now control many of the levers of power in our nation. Law-making judges are ever driving God and the Bible from our public institutions. Marxist-inspired “political correctness” has cast a pall of censorship over us, which has produced “hate speech” laws. Growing unbelief in God, the Christ, and the Bible is spawning an escalating national amorality.
God-lovers love the souls of the God-haters, but despise the things they say and do. If they have their way, it will someday be a crime to preach and practice many parts of the Gospel of Christ. The nation founded to a great degree by Bible-believers seeking refuge from persecution is now rapidly becoming the source of such persecution. What irony!
Therefore, while I still can (without being arrested), I will continue to proclaim…
- Jehovah God is the Creator of the universe and is the only true and living God. There is no other rational explanation for the origin of all things except an omniscient, omnipotent, eternal Being. The Creator has the right to rule His creation.
- The Bible is the Word of God, revealed by Him to inspired men. By it which we learn of His nature—and of our own. It provides the record of our origin, our purpose for being, and our destiny. It alone is the infallible, objective standard of righteous behavior and true religion. Without its influence, chaos reigns.
- Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the one and only Savior of mankind to Whom men must submit to be saved from eternal ruin. His disciples win converts by persuasion, never by force. Before Him all will someday bow in Judgment.
- Abortion is murder. It mercilessly, cruelly kills the most innocent and defenseless of humankind. “Thou shalt not murder” was God’s Law long before He inscribed those words on a table of stone. The judges who “legalized” this crime, along with the medical personnel who perform it, have the blood of 59 million+ innocents on their hands.
- Homosexual behavior is wickedness. God so calls it, as well as “abomination,” “vile passions,” “unnatural,” “unseemly,”“unrighteousness,” and going after “strange flesh.” Its impenitent practitioners will enter eternity hopeless, lost.
- Islam is a violent, false religion. It is a religio-political system that thrives on “conversion” and conformity by force. “Peaceful” Muslims are those who are not true to their “holy book,” the Koran. Islam despises “freedom of religion” and would destroy the Bible and Christianity if it could.
